Returns Policy
We offer free returns on orders over $200 AUD within Australia. For orders under $200 AUD, a pre-paid returns label will be supplied for a flat-rate of $10 AUD, which will be deducted from your refund or credit note at the time of processing.
Items should be returned new, unused, and with all the tags still attached.
*Unfortunately any personalised/customised items are not returnable*
Returns that are damaged, marked, or altered will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer.
Any designer packaging such as authenticity cards, dust bags, and leather tags should be included with your return.
Should you wish to make a return, you’ve got 15 days from when you received your order to have your items sent back to us for an exchange or refund (faulty items only).
Isabel World. must authorise all returns. Please email hello@isabelworld.com.au to request a return. We kindly ask that you do not send your return using a personal shipping label.
Isabel. reserves the right to deny unauthorised returns that do not meet or follow our return policy and procedures. Your refund or credit note will be processed within 3 business days of receiving the returned garment(s).
Your credit note will be valid for 12 months.
Change of Mind
For all Australian orders, we will offer a credit note or exchange for pieces returned within 15 days of purchase and in saleable condition and/or in the original packaging.
Sorry, but we can't do refunds if you change your mind and we're unable to honour returns on international orders, customised items or gift vouchers.
Faulty & Damaged Goods
Isabel World is all about quality, and rest assured, before your piece makes its way to you, we carefully check it for faults and damages. In the instance that a piece is deemed faulty, we'll offer a refund, replacement or in some instances, a partial credit.
To initiate a faulty or damaged goods refund, please contact our Customer Care team on hello@isabelworld.com.au within 48 hours of delivery, with images and details of the damage.
Together with you, our Customer Care team will assess the faulty or damaged piece and organise for a suitable course of action.
