Will new designs and colours become available? 
New products and colours will become available as often as possible. We love to stay up to date with current trends and assist in curating the perfect home for all styles. You can stay up to date with our latest products and any new colour releases by subscribing to our newsletter and/or follow us on Instagram and Facebook.

When will my order arrive? 
Orders are dispatched within 1-2 business days. Standard delivery is 3-7 business days from dispatch and express delivery is 1-3 business days from dispatch. Isabel herself loves lending a hand...Feel free to reach out should you require your order sooner hello@isabelworld.com.au 

How do I know if my order has been shipped? 
Your order is valued more than you’ll ever know and we appreciate your support. We will keep you in the loop as often as possible with dispatch and tracking details once your order has been hand selected and carefully packed by our amazing team

What are the payment options available? 
We love to support your financial needs whatever the situation may be. You are able to checkout using credit card, PayPal and AfterPay

Do you gift-wrap? 
We love the gift of giving, and would be delighted to hand wrap your gifts adding a personalised touch. If you'd like your order or part of your order gift wrapped, please add this into the notes section at check out or email hello@isabelworld.com.au

I received my order and the item is damaged? What should I do? 
Each and every Isabel order is packed with the utmost care, however damage may occur during transit. Reach out to our friendly team at hello@isabelworld.com.au who will be happy to assist

The product I want is “out of stock”, how will I know when it is available again? 
We always try our best to project sales and identify trends to order accordingly. However, we’re only human and from time to time we may run out of stock. In this event, rest assured we will re-stock the product, usually within 2-3 weeks

Do you ship outside Australia? 
Oh boy do we love our international friends. Presently, we only ship within Australia, but are always looking to expand, subscribe to our e-newsletter and or follow us on Instagram and Facebook to receive the latest updates. You can always reach out to us at hello@isabelworld.com.au to see if we are able to provide a one off competitive freight cost for your destination

I just placed an order, can I cancel it?
Unfortunately, we cannot cancel any orders after they have been placed. Please visit the returns/exchange section at the bottom of our page to initiate a return

I placed an online order, can I come and pick it up from you?
We do not allow our customers to pick up their orders from us directly. Hang tight. Your shipment will be on its way shortly

How does customisation work?
Our team of expert customizers and sewers use their best judgment to ensure that your customized masterpiece looks perfect. Our support team will reach out to you should we have any questions or concerns about your design
