A guide to the perfect Spring Brunch
You've just started getting excited about the Spring brunch you're hosting...and now comes the fun part - piecing it all together!
Some may deem this daunting but with our help, we know you've got this.
We've put together this guide to help you curate the perfect Spring Brunch - Even if you're in a COVID-19 lockdown you can still make brunch that little bit special...
THE STATIONERY
Whether you're a DIY kind of gal or prefer to out-source your stationery, a personal place card or cute menu design can go a long way!
Try Canva to create your own menu design and match it with some place cards or go full throttle and enlist the help of one of our favourite designers to take your brunch to the next level...
Why we love Sam: The most adorable colours and a keen eye for detail. Anything from Sam's collection is sure to elevate your Brunch!
Hint: A custom bar menu will not only enhance your stationery but will also help narrow down your selection of drinks
THE TABLETOP
Think fresh flowers, pops of colour and gorgeous fruits! Fill your table with the things you love most but don't forget to leave room for the food...
Treat guests to a personalised placemat to bring colour to the table and never skim on the flowers...Opt for in season blooms and match them to whole pieces of fruit or cut papaya's.

THE MENU
If you, like us, are drooling at the thought of brunch then you'll know this is the best part (and yes, you will have leftovers)!
You'll want to kick-off your brunch with some fresh juices on arrival. But hey, we would also love to start off with bottomless Mimosa's. A beautiful juice (or boozy Mimosa) will wet the palette and lead perfectly to the first course...light!
A tasty muesli, dairy-free yoghurt and fruit salad to begin (a small portion of course). Leave room in between for the next course...savoury.
Think ham and cheese croissants, scrambled eggs, avocado toast. Will you plate individually or serve on platters? Eat without cutlery or offer a complete serving?
This portion of the menu is the heartiest, so keep that in mind when curating your dishes.
Something sweet and savoury will be the perfect transition for the most important part. The sweets!
Why not get creative and turn a French toast into a sweet treat. We love French toast coated in cornflakes and Nutella for a complete sweet and savoury sensation served with maple butter and berries.
Now its time to bring out the good stuff...your pastries, muffins, cupcakes, tartlets, cookies, waffles and mini pancakes. Always serve dessert with plenty of sweet condiments like fresh cream, chocolate sauce and honey.
Don't forget the tea and coffee and hey, an espresso martini will go down very well!
However you choose to brunch this Spring don't forget the most important thing is a nice, relaxed vibe. Happy Brunching!
